Why did we create Truler?
The game of appearances all too often suppresses real intentions, blocks development and makes it harder to take sound decisions. Truler was born from a need to reach what is truly authentic – the real motivations, challenges and potential of people and organisations.
We know that truth can be difficult, and that uncovering it requires courage, trust and a sense of psychological safety – yet it is precisely truth that forms the foundation of genuine change. That is why we created a tool that helps reveal it wisely, responsibly and with respect.

What exactly does Truler measure?
In its voice-based version, it provides indications relating to the sincerity of a statement, the level of self-deception and the level of mental resilience at the time of speaking. At present, measurement accuracy exceeds 80%. Indicators obtained in interviews are anonymous and can be corrected by the participant. Measurement in Truler is not a judgement – it is a starting point on the path towards one’s own authenticity.
Is this not a form of employee surveillance?
Truler operates solely on the basis of voluntariness and transparency. In opinion surveys and 360-degree feedback, respondents are guaranteed anonymity. Every participant knows exactly how the technology works before taking part and has control over their own data. This is a tool for development, not control.
How can I trust that my data will be safe?
Data security is fundamental. We apply the highest security standards and full GDPR compliance. Voice data are processed locally and are not stored. Before taking part, you receive full information on how the data you provide are used.
Will discovering the truth about myself not be too painful?
Truler presents analysed data and indicators in a developmental and opportunity-focused context, not a judgemental one. Every report contains concrete steps for improvement and is designed to motivate rather than demotivate.
How can I take part in the development of Truler?
Truler is in a research and testing phase. We are looking for volunteers for studies in Toruń and Warsaw from September to November 2025. From December 2025 to May 2026 we will be running pilot projects for organisations. You can register your company to test opinion surveys and 360-degree feedback. If you are an HR expert or consultant, you can apply for a pilot licensing training course, which will take place in January 2026.
